Scrappy Puffy Flower Tutorial

I’ve created a charming little puffy flower that I think you’ll love! The flower comes together quickly using your favorite fabric scraps. I turned the flowers into a seasonal garland for my kid’s bookshelf and I can’t wait to see how you’ll make and use your flowers.
